摘 要:人际竞争情报是人际网络与竞争情报相融合的产物,本文提出将SNS与企业相结合用于竞争情报工作的构想,分析了SNS作为人际情报工作平台的优势和基于SNS的人际竞争情报工作流程;构建了基于行业SNS的企业人际竞争情报系统的功能结构模型,通过从外部人际网络搜集、分析、反馈竞争情报,与在内部人际网络中实施知识管理相结合的方式实现组织竞争情报共享与利用;最后探讨了系统优化的方法,提出利用结构洞理论和网络声望模型对人际网络结构进行优化,提高网络效用。Human Competitive Intelligence is the combination of human network and competitive intelligence.Based on some statistics and facts,the possibility to apply SNS in the work of competitive intelligence exists.The essay analysed the advantages of SNS as a platform and discussed the work process.A functional model was put forward which combined competitive intelligence with knowledge management.The intelligence which was collected,analysed and fed back through the external human network can be shared and utilized in the inner network.At last the method of optimizing the system was discussed.Structural holes theory and the model of popularity in the network were used to optimized the structure of the human network.The structural holes were identified and selected to strengthen,weaken or build the relations among the nodes.The efficiency of the network could be improved then.
