摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声用于乳腺增生症的超声影像学分型,以提高乳腺疾病诊断水平。方法:对比分析80例乳腺疾病手术患者的"肿块"旁腺体组织术前超声特征及术后病理诊断结果。结果:乳腺增生症超声影像可分为6种类型:规则的大豹纹型、不规则的小豹纹型、纤维硬化型、囊性增生型、导管扩张型、局部结节增生型。结论:国人乳腺增生非单一影像,有规律可循,通过高频超声影像分型可提高乳腺增生性疾病的诊断率。Objective： To explore the image classification of high - frequency ultrasound in cyclomastopathy, improve the diagnostic level of breast diseases. Methods ： The ultrasonic features before operation and pathological diagnostic results after operation of gland tissues near the lump in 80 patients with breast diseases were compared and analyzed. Results： The uhrasonographic images of cyclomastopathy were divided into 6 types： regular large panther ridge type, irregular small panther ridge type, fibrosclerosis type, cystic hyperplasia type, ductal eetasia type and local nodular proliferative type. Conclusion： The hyperplasia of mammary glands of Chinese is not a single image. It follows regularity. The diagnostic rate of hyperplasia diseases of mammary glands can be elevated by image classification of high - frequency ultrasound.
