可宝净联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨可宝净联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床疗效。方法:将2009年4～10月在苏州市立医院妇科门诊确诊为BV的150例患者随机分为两组,单纯使用甲硝唑组(A组)75例,可宝净联合甲硝唑用药组(B组)75例。观察治疗后两组的有效率及复发率。结果:两组患者治疗后5天有效率比较无统计学差异,治疗后30天有效率B组明显高于A组(P<0.05),B组复发率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:可宝净联合甲硝唑治疗BV疗效好,复发率低,且未见不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of colposeptine and metronidazole in treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods： 150 cases diagnosed as bacterial vaginitis definitely were divided into A group （treated with metronidazole） （n = 75 ） and B group （treated with colposeptine and metronidazole） （n = 75） , the effective rates and relapse rates after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results： There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups on the fifth （lay after treatment, but on the thirtieth day after treatment, the effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the relapse rate of B group was significantly lower than that of A group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Colposeptine and metronidazole are effective in treatment of bacterial vaginitis with low relapse rate and no adverse reaction, which is worth of spreading.
