摘　　要：以"最大效用原则和合理最低价中标原则"为标准,建立了"合理最低价中标"的报价博弈模型。引入风险系数q,深入剖析了投标人的风险喜好对于投标报价的影响。针对目前建筑市场现状,提出继续加强推行招投标制度的必要性和紧迫性。This article has established ＂reasonable floor price being selected＂ quoted price gambling model, taking the biggest effectiveness principle and the reasonable floor price being selected principle as the standard. It introduced the risk factor q and analyzed the influence for the tender offer from the bidder＇s risk preferences. In view of the present construction market, the author proposed the necessity and the pressing to continue to strengthen carrying out the bidding system.
