摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的创造型人才是当前国家对高等教育的高层次要求,是适应新世纪人才竞争的环境需要。文章从大学生科技训练和社会实践重要性出发,就如何培养和造就具有创新意识和创造能力的综合型技术人才进行了有益的探索。Along with the developing of science and technology, culturing creative talents with both creative spirit and capacity has become the high level demand of government to higher education and the demand of adapting the new century, talent competition environment. Starting from the significance of college student technology training and social activities, the paper gives a beneficial discussion on how to cuhivate integrated technique specialists in possession of both creative spirit and eapacity.
