摘 要:现代农业育种创新是一个系统工程,合适的育种管理模式,可以有效推进育种进程,提高育种效率。文章介绍了技术平台、育种协作组织等国内外育种创新管理的模式,以北京农业育种基础研究创新平台为例,从组织体系建设、资源联合、成果转化、人才培养以及工作流程完善等方面总结了育种创新管理中成功的经验,最后对育种创新的目标、产学研联合机制、创新网络的效率和模块化管理等方面提出了相关建议。The modern breeding innovation is a systematic engineering. The efficiency of innovation could be increased largely by applying the suitable management mode. The main mode from home and abroad, including technology platform and breeding cooperation organization, were introduced in the paper. Taking the case of Beijing Breeding Innovation Platform, the experience of breeding innovation management were summarized on 5 points, such as organization structure, integration of resources, transformation of achievements, training of talents and perfecting of work flow. Finally, the suggestions about the aim of breeding innovation, the integration mechanism of production, teaching and research, the efficiency of innovation net and the managing of modularity were given.
