摘 要:采用田间试验方法,研究了阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的残留消解动态,应用高效液相色谱法测定了阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的残留量。结果表明:阿维菌素在0.0103~10.30mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,在柑橘全果、橘皮、橘肉和土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为84.46%~93.97%、83.66%~98.03%、83.35%~94.05%、90.19%~101.15%,阿维菌素的最小检出量为4.12×10-10g,在柑橘和土壤中的最低检测质量分数分别为0.01、0.01mg/kg,符合阿维菌素残留的检测要求,阿维菌素在柑橘和土壤中的半衰期分别为3.82~9.17、3.85~9.81d。20.8%阿维菌素.四螨嗪悬浮剂对水1500倍(阿维菌素3.33mga.i./L)溶液,使用2次,末次施药20d后,收获的柑橘橘皮和橘肉及土壤中阿维菌素的残留量,均低于MRL值。A field experiment was conducted to reveal the residue dynamics and residues of avermectin in citrus and soil. The residue content and degradation dynamics of avermectin in citrus and soil were studied by (HPLC) method. Avermectin showed good linear regression in the range of 0.0103-10.30 mg/L in sample solution. The established quantitative determination method was available with 84.46-93.97% average recoveries of avermectin residue in citrus, 83.66-98.03% in citrus peer, 83.35-94.05% in citrus flesh and 90.19-101.15% in soil, 4.12×10-10 g LOD and 0.01 mg/kg LOQ in citrus, 0.01 mg/kg LOQ in soil. The half-lives of avermectin in citrus and soil were 3.82-9.17 d, 3.85-9.81 d. When citrus was sprayed three times with 20.8% avermectin.clofentezine SC diluted 1500(the effective ingredient of avermectin was 3.33 mg a.i./L), after 20 d of last application, the results of the residues of avermectin in citrus and soil were lower than the MRL.
