摘 要:采用反相高效液相色谱法对烟草及土壤中氟吗啉进行残留量分析。样品采用丙酮提取,乙酸乙酯-正己烷(体积比1:1)萃取,Florisil层析柱净化,紫外检测器(UVD)测定,检测波长为242nm,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比60:40)。实验结果表明:氟吗啉的最低检出限为6.2×10-10g,在烟叶中的平均回收率为95.88%~97.06%,相对标准偏差3.05%~4.14%;在土壤中的平均回收率为93.38%~95.12%,相对标准偏差2.67%~4.13%。The residues of flumorph in tobacco leaves and soil were analyzed by using high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were distilled by acetone, and further extracted with ethyl acetate-hexane(1:1, by vol)by using UV detector at 242 nm, the extract was cleaned-up with florisil cartridge. The liquid phase was methanol-water(60:40, by vol). The analytical results showed that the detection limit was 6.2×10-10 g under the conditon of this method, the recovery ratios of flumorph in tobacco was 95.88-97.06% and the relative standard deviations was 3.05-4.14%; the recovery ratios of flumorph in soil was 93.38-95.12% and the relative standard deviations was 2.67-4.13%.
