摘  要:山楂叶螨Tetranychus viennensis Zacher、二斑叶螨T.urticae Koch是危害苹果树的主要害螨。生物测定结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)和阿维菌素对2种叶螨的成螨、若螨和近孵化卵均有良好效果。甲维盐对雌成螨的毒力低于阿维菌素,对若螨的毒力高于阿维菌素。在温室盆栽苹果上,甲维盐2.0~3.3mg/L对山楂叶螨的防治效果与阿维菌素4.5mg/L处理相同,30d的防效均为100%。田间树上喷洒,药后3、7d,甲维盐2.5mg/L对二斑叶螨的防治效果分别为97.2%、97.8%,稍高于阿维菌素4.5mg/L对该螨的防效;药后14d,甲维盐防效下降至87.0%,显著低于阿维菌素的同期防效95.8%。Tetranychus viennensis Zacher and T. urticae Koch are the important pests that have made serious damage to apple tree in China. The toxicitys of abamectin and emamectin benzoate on different stages of T. viennensis and T. urticae were evaluated in laboratory bioassays by slide-dip method and leaf dip method. The results showed that the toxicity of abamectin to female adult was higher than toxicity of emamectin benzoate, immature stages of T. viennensis and T. urticae were more susceptible to emamectin benzoate than abamectin. In glasshouse control test, the efficacy of emamectin benzoate treatment(2.0-3.3 mg/L) against T. viennensis was the same as abamectin treatment(4.5 mg/L). In field trial, the control efficacy of emamectin benzoate treatment(2.5 mg/L) against T. urticae were 97.2 and 97.8% respectively on 3 and 7 days, more effective than abamectin treatment(4.5 mg/L). On 14 days, control efficacy of emamectin benzoate treatment lowered to 87.0%, was significantly lesser than abamectin treatment.
