宁夏五市临床实验室人力资源现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏五市医疗机构临床实验室人员构成及继续教育的现状及存在的问题,为改善临床实验室人力资源结构提供依据。方法对五市各医疗机构临床实验室人力资源基本情况进行统一的问卷调查,并对数据进行分类统计。结果调查的75家临床实验室共有检验人员676名,五市检验人员数量比例为4.1∶1.6∶1.2∶1.0∶1.1。银川市检验人员学历、职称结构与其他四市相比差异有统计学意义,而毕业专业、年龄分布差异无统计学意义。结论各市临床实验室职称、学历分布不平衡,高学历、高职称人才匮乏,继续教育需要加强。Objective Abstract： Objective To explore status of human resources and continuing education of clinical laboratory in health medical institution of Ningxia,and to provide evidence for optimizing the management of clinical laboratory human resources.Methods The questionnaire survey was taken to investigate human resources status of clinical laboratory in health medical institution,and the data was analyzed by SPSS.Results There were totally 676 staff in 75 clinical laboratories in five cities of Ningxia.The structures of technical titles and academic degrees of clinical laboratories in Yinchuan showed significantly different from other four cities（P0.05）,while there was no significant change in the distributions of professions and ages.Conclusion The distribution of academic degrees and technical titles in clinical laboratory of Ningxia were unbalanced,and there was a shortage of postgraduates and senior professionals.The current status of continuing education was worried about.
