摘 要:以风城稠油为研究对象,测试风城稠油的基本物性、流变性,分析对风城稠油的高粘性,对加热和掺稀降粘的原理进行了进一步的阐述,并测试了风城稠油在掺入稀油前后的粘温曲线。分析结果表明:稠油中的胶质沥青质的大分子胶束结构是稠油高粘的主要原因;通过加热法和稀释法减小稠油的大分子结构或降低大分子在油分中的浓度,能有效降低稠油粘度;风城稠油在加热或掺稀的情况下粘度下降明显。This paper took the heavy oil of Windy City as the object to test basic properties and rheology property, analyzed the essence of high viscosity, discussed principles of viscosity reducing methods of heating and blending light oil, and tested the viscosity-temperature curve with or without the light oil mixed. The results indicated that micelle structure of gum asphalt was the essence of high viscosity. Reducing the macromolecular structure or decreasing the solubility of the macromolecular by dilution or heating could make viscosity dropping effectively. The viscosity of the Windy City was decreased significantly by heating or blending light oil.
