摘 要:柴油机连杆承受来自活塞的燃气爆发压力并传递给曲轴,其运动和受力状态较为复杂,在工作载荷和装配应力复合作用下,各部位产生复杂的三向应力状态。为此,对康明斯6CT柴油机连杆进行了三维有限元运动受力分析,从准静力学角度研究连杆连续工作的应力以及变形,得出导致失效的原因主要是某些区域的应力集中及其在多轴非比例或非同相循环应力。由此对连杆的生产工艺进行一系列的改进,以提高其长期工作的可靠性。The connecting rod received the gas explosive force from the piston and passed to the crankshaft.Its movement and stress was complex.Working load and assembly stress caused three dimensional stress in corresponding part.This article done some force analysis with the three dimensions finite element method,and studied its stress and distortion by standard static theory.The factors that caused the connecting rod fatigue failure were stress concentration in some positions and multi-axial non-proportional or out-of-phase cyclic stress.In order to amend the technology and improve long-term reliability of cummins 6CT diesel engine's connecting rod,a series of improving methods were presented.
