摘  要:为研究我国电力设备抗震设计规范的的适用性,以中国电力设施抗震设计规范(GB50260-96)、美国变电站抗震设计推荐实施规程(IEEE Std 693-2005)和日本电气设备抗震设计指南(JEAG5003)为研究对象,对比分析了三国规范在法兰-瓷套管连接设计中的不同特点。通过国内外抗震规范的综合对比,指出了中国电力设备抗震设计规范中存在的错误,分析了我国电气设施抗震设计中瓷套管连接设计存在的优缺点;通过借鉴国外先进的抗震设计理论,对我国的电气设备抗震设计提出了合理化建议。In order to study the applicability of chinese code for seismic design of electrical equipment, this paper focuses mainly on Chinese Code for seismic design of Electric Power Facilities (GB50260-96), IEEE Recommended Practice for Seismic Design of Substations (IEEE Std 693-2005) and Japan Electric Association Guideline for Seismic Measures in Electrical Facilities of Substations (JEAG5003), comparatively analyses the features and differences of the design for flange-porcelain insulator connection.Through comprehensive comparison of domestic and international flange-porcelain insulator connection design thoughts, this paper Points out the error which exists in Chinese Code for seismic design of Electric Power Facilities and the advantages and disadvantages of China's seismic de- sign for electrical facilities can be well understood in-depth; Through learning from foreign advanced seismic design theory, this paper provides the rationalization of seismic design recommendations for the revision of China's electrical facilities.
