摘 要:国内Φ35 mm氧化锌电阻片主要用于标称电流为5 kA等级的避雷器,根据标准要求,其应通过65 kA的大电流冲击耐受试验。但是一系列的实际试验表明,许多国内生产厂商生产的Φ35 mm电阻片并不能顺利通过65 kA大电流冲击耐受试验。在电阻片大电流耐受特性研究中,选用了6家国内有代表性的电阻片生产厂生产的Φ35 mm氧化锌电阻片为研究对象,通过不同的试验方法对电阻片的大电流冲击耐受能力进行了系统试验研究。通过试验研究,对国内生产的Φ35 mm氧化锌电阻片的大电流冲击耐受能力有了全面的了解,并在此基础上对大电流冲击耐受试验方法提出建议,有助于在生产中加以注意装配工艺以提高避雷器的大电流耐受能力。In China, the φ35mm metal-oxide resistance (MOR) is mainly used for the surge arrester with nominal current of 5 kA currently. According to the standard requirement, it should pass the withstand test of 65 kA high current impulse. But a series of the real tests show that the φ35mm MOR produced by many domestic manufacturers can not smoothly pass the 65 kA high current impulse withstand test. In the research of high current withstand characteristic, the φ35mm MOR from 6 different representative manufacturers were chosen for test samples. The systematic test and research for the high current impulse withstand capability was carried on through different test methods. By the test and research, the thorough understanding was get for the high current impulse withstand capability of the φ 35mm MOR produced by domestic manufacturers, proposal for the high current impulse withstand based on it was proposed. It will assist to pay much attention to the assembling technology in the manufacture of surge arrester, which can improve the high rester. current impulse withstand capability of surge arrester.
