摘 要:运用Pro/E对2BQ-2型精密播种机牵引梁进行三维建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对播种机牵引梁结构进行模态分析,求解出牵引梁结构的模态参数,确定了牵引梁的固有频率和振型特征。在0~1Hz内,牵引梁的模态频率较密集,是影响牵引梁振动的主要区域,当外加激励频率与牵引梁固有频率相同时发生共振,引起播种质量下降;当牵引梁以0.237Hz的频率振动时,牵引梁将进行摆振,研究结果为牵引梁的优化设计提供了参考依据。Three-dimensional model of drag-bar for 2BQ-2 planter was developed through Pro/E,the model was then transferred into ANSYS for analysis,and modal parameters of the drag-bar were calculated,natural frequency and vibration features of the drag-bar were determined. Modal frequency was concertrated in 0-1Hz which was main vibration band,and planting quality would be negatively affected when sympathetic vibration occurred as outside inspire frequency in accordance with natural vibration frequence of the drag-bar. The drag-bar would be in pendulum vibration when vibration frequency was at 0. 23Hz. The results of the study provided reference for optimization design of the dragbar of the planter.
