当代大学生就业观的误区分析及引导

摘　　要：我国目前的高等教育已经从"精英教育"向"大众化教育"阶段转变,与此同时,大学生就业难已经成为一个不争的事实。在剖析了当代大学生就业观念误区及成因的基础上,阐述了政府、高校、社会应如何通力合作为大学生就业提供指导和扶持,引导大学生树立正确的就业观、择业观,进而从根源上缓解大学生就业难的问题。The higher education of China has transferred from ＂elite education＂ to ＂popular education＂ , while there is an undisputed fact that it is tough for college graduate to get employed. By analyzing some misunderstandings of the situation and the causes of such misunderstanding, this essay demonstrates how the government, higher education institutions and society management should work together to provide instructions and supports in order to guide college students to establish correct employment and career outlooks, thereby alleviating the root causes of the difficult problem of employment of college students.
