摘  要:采用不同辐射剂量的60Co-γ射线辐射处理云烟87和红花大金元2个烤烟品种的种子,研究60Co-γ射线辐射对云烟87、红花大金元种子活力的影响。结果表明,在25℃条件下,10~300Gy辐射剂量处理对2个品种的种子活力都具有一定的促进作用,其中10Gy低辐射剂量为最适辐射剂量;300Gy以上的辐射剂量对种子发芽起抑制作用。同时也证明云烟87较红花大金元对辐射的适应性好,能更好地适应辐射处理来增强种子的活力。The seeds of two flue-cured tobacco cuhivars, Yunyan 87 and Hongda, were irradiated by the different irradiation doses of ^60Co-γ-ray, The effect of irradiation treatment on seed vitality of Yunyan 87 and Hongda was studied. The results showed that, in the irradiation treatment of 10 - 300 Gy at 25℃, the seed vitality for two euhivars were both promoted, among which, 10 Gy was the optimal irradiation dose for two cultivars; The seed vitality for two cuhivars were inhibited when treated with dose more than 300 Gy. The results also showed that the seed vitality of Yunyan 87 was better than Hongda, indicating Yunyan 87 had higher adaptability under irradiation treatment.
