恩施州城市居住小区发展中的问题及对策

摘　　要：随着恩施州社会经济的发展,恩施市区人口越来越多,与之相应的就是城市居住小区的建设也呈现出蓬勃发展之势.但是在居住小区建设取得一定成绩的同时,目前恩施州居住小区建设也存在着诸多问题.鉴于此,本文通过实地调查了恩施市居住小区的建设情况,并进行分析研究,提出了一些具体的关于居住小区发展的方法与对策.With the social and economic development in Enshi,Enshi urban population is increasing.Correspondingly,the construction of urban residential quarters has also shown a booming trend.Although the construction of residential quarters made some achievements,the current construction of residential quarters in Enshi Prefecture has brought about many problems.In view of this,through the field investigation of the construction of Enshi City residential area and conduct analysis,this paper presents specific methods and countermeasures on the residential areas.
