摘　　要：地方高校在我国高等教育系统中的比重日益增加,其定位和健康发展已成为影响我国高等教育系统协调发展的重要因素。文章结合高校教学建设和内部机制,分析了高校的学科专业结构问题以及各学科和专业的质量、规模、课程结构。结果表明：高校学科专业结构合理与否会直接影响到高校社会经济效能的发挥,而合理的高校专业结构有助于保持高校与社会供需之间的良性动态平衡。因此,地方高校应调整和优化本科学科专业,以实现区域高等教育与产业发展的成功耦合,提高对地方经济社会的贡献度,并谋求自身的更快发展战略。The proportion of local universities within the higher education system has been growing in China,and the position and healthy development of them have become an important factor to affect the system＇s harmonious development.Based on the consideration of teaching construction and internal mechanism,the essay analyzes the structural problems,qualities,scales and course structures of different disciplines and specialties in universities,and concludes that a reasonable specialty structure can bring the universities＇ social and economic functions into full play,and is conducive to the virtuous and dynamic balance between universities and social supply demand.Therefore,local universities should adjust and optimize undergraduate disciplines and specialties,in order to achieve the successful integration between regional higher education and the development of the industry,contribute more to local economy and society,and seek a suitable strategy for self-development.
