公案小说的精神风尚与清官文化的美学质性

摘　　要：公案小说作为小说百花园中的一朵奇葩,具有明显的尚"清"、崇"法"、重"理"的精神风尚,它通过清官这一载体得以显现,从而赋予清官文化"激清扬浊"、"情法相容"、"循理而治"的美学质性。Detective fiction,a wonderful kind in the fiction world,has an obvious worship of honesty,law and reason.This is realized through the honest and upright officials it creates,and has endowed honest and upright official culture with the aesthetics of ＂stimulating honesty and abandoning corruption＂,＂compatibility of love and law＂,and ＂rule by legal principles＂.
