摘 要:利用盐酸模拟人工胃液作为萃取剂,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)分析了藏药复方降糖壹号中20种无机元素的初级形态;同时本实验以各元素酸可溶态的百分比作为萃取效率的指标.由于人体内盐酸的浓度因人而异,本试验比较了0.5%~2%浓度范围的HCl对酸可溶出态元素萃取效率的影响,实验结果表明20种元素的萃取率受盐酸浓度的影响不大.本试验选择1%HCl作为萃取剂模拟该药在人体胃酸环境中的吸收情况Na、Mg、Ca、K、Mn、Zn和Pb在1%HCl中主要以溶解态存在,其余元素都以悬浮态存在.除Hg外,各元素的平均回收率在80.51%~111.8%内变化,说明该方法准确可靠.The elemental transference characteristics and primary speciation analysis of 20 kinds of inorganic elemental in Tibetan compound medicine-anti-diabetic drugs NO 1were studied in the present paper.Hydrochloride was used as the extraction solvent aimed at simulating artificial gastric juice and 20 kinds of inorganic elemental was determined by ICP-MS.The range of concentrations of Hydrochloride studied was 0.5% ~ 2.0%.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of these elements were not greatly influenced by the concentrations of hydrochloride.1% hydrochloride was choosed as the extraction solvent aimed at studying this medicine transferred in human gastric juice environment.Na,Mg、Ca、K、Mn、Zn and Pb mainly existed in dissolved speciation in the 1% hydrochloride,others mainly existed in particulate speciation.The range of average recoveries was between 80.51% ~ 111.8%,except mercury,which was shown that this method was accurate and reliable.
