摘　　要：基于WebGIS的杂交棉生产管理专家决策系统是针对新疆杂交棉规模化生产管理的需要,综合土壤、品种、气象与专家决策模型,集成ComGIS、数据库、ASP.NET等技术建立的系统。采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式,可在网络平台对空间数据进行发布和共享,实现了杂交棉生产管理专家决策模型网络化运行,提高了用户对杂交棉的生产、决策与管理水平。WebGIS-based Production Management Expert Decision System of Hybrid Cotton was developed aiming at the requirements of large-scaled production management of hybrid cotton in Xinjiang.It integrated the soil condition,breed information,weather condition with expert decision models and utilized the technologies of WebGIS,database,ASP.NET.This system adopted the Browser/Server architecture to reach the objective of space data delivery and sharing on the network platform,which achieved the networking operation of production management expert decision model for hybrid cotton.This system can effectively improve hybrid cotton production and the level of,decision and management for users.
