摘　　要：目的探讨急性有机磷农药接触性中毒的治疗方法及疗效。方法对2007-05～2007-11的8例急性有机磷农药接触性中毒住院病例的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果 7例痊愈出院,1例死亡。结论及时彻底清除毒物及尽早、足量使用解毒药物治疗是急性有机磷农药接触性中毒抢救成功的关健。Objective To explore the method and efficacy in the treatment of acute contact organophosphate poisoning. Methods The data of the diagnosis and treatment in the 8-cases of acute contact organophosphate poisoning during May 2007 to November 2007 were retrospectively analysed. Results Seven cases were cured, one case died. Conclusion The key of success to treat the acute contact organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is rcmovaUing toxic substance timely and thoroughly, using antidotes as soon as possibly and adequately.
