摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等,对新疆师范大学足球队可持续发展现状及影响因素进行调查分析,探究在发展过程中存在的问题,从多角度解析存在问题的根本原因,并提出相应的解决对策。This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation and influence factors of substantial development of Xinjiang Normal University football team, utilizing the methods of consulting literature, interviewing and mathematics statistics. It made a thorough inquiry into problems existing in the substantial development course, analyzed the reasons why there were problems in the development of XJNU football team from different angles and gave some relating countermeasures to resolve these problems.
