摘　　要：阐述云计算的国内外应用现状,分析云计算服务的主要技术特征、基本应用类型及商业模式,探讨云计算给电信运营企业带来的机遇与挑战,指出适合电信运营商部署的运营模式,最后提出云计算服务规模应用需要克服的主要问题。Cloud computing application status at home and abroad is described. The main technical characteristics, the basic application types and business models about cloud computing services are analyzed. Opportunities and challenges that cloud computing brings to telecom carriers are discussed and the operation models that are suitable for telecom carriers to deploy are also pointed out. Finally, the main problems of cloud computing large-scale services and applications which need to be overcome are analyzed.
