摘　　要：本文首先从物联网的发展阶段分析出发,总结电信运营企业在物联网业务发展过程中所将面临的挑战,强调电信运营商开展建设物联网业务运营支撑平台的必要性,然后分别从传感网络、运营平台以及对接系统等几个方面讨论物联网业务运营的需求,从而有针对性地提出物联网业务运营支撑平台的解决方案,给出了部分关键功能模块的定义,最后对平台的部署实施方案提出一些建议。In this paper, the development of the Internet of Things （loT） is analyzed and the challenges to the telecom operators are summarized firstly. The necessity of the loT operation support platform is emphasized and the requirements from the sensor network, the operating platform and the docking system are discussed respectively. And then the total solution of the loT operation support platform is proposed with the definition of its keynote functions modules. Finally, some advices about the platform deployment and implementation are presented.
