摘　　要：城市滨水地区是城市文化和精神的重要载体,也是城市经营中极具商业开发价值的地段。从城市经营的角度,探讨百里柳江游览区规划项目的总体构思、功能布局及项目设计,以及分析和研究滨水区的开发对辐射和提升整个城市硬环境和软环境的作用。Urban waterfronts are the most important sites for city culture and spirit,and are typically highly valued for commercial development.From an urban management perspective,this paper studies the general concept,functional layout,and project planning of the Hundred-Li Liu River plan and analyzes the impact of waterfront development on the urban environment.
