摘 要:为提高钛阴极极板丝网印刷油墨层的结合力,采用微弧氧化技术在钛阴极极板表面形成一层致密的氧化膜,再在这层氧化膜上进行丝网印刷,最终得到具有氧化层基底丝网印刷油墨复合层的阴极极板.用划痕法对复合膜层的结合力进行测量,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜和XRD分析,发现微弧氧化膜层的特殊结构及形貌特征能有效提高油墨的结合力,延长钛阴极极板的使用寿命.In order to enhance the adhesion of ink layer of titanium negative pole plate silk-screen printing,the micro-arc oxidation technology was applied to the titanium negative pole plate resulting compact oxide film on the plate surface.Then the silk-screen printing was performed on this oxide film,finally,compound level negative pole plate with oxide layer and silk-screen printing ink was obtained.The scratch test was carried to reveal its compound film binding force.The observation with optical microscope,scanning of electron microscope and XRD analysis was conducted,also.Finally,it was discovered that the oxidation film with special structure and appearance characteristics could effectively enhance the adhesion of printing ink,extend the service life of the titanium negative pole plate.
