摘　　要：ARROW型波导,是一种泄露波导.是利用干涉矩阵法、解析法理论分析可得,与普通波导相比,型波导采用层间组合.光波导本身具有对偏振和波长进行滤波的控制功能.ARROW作为一种沟道化波导,不必对折射率进行精确控制,其包层可以很薄,因而容易制造.是一种适用于光集成电路的波导.ARROW-type wave guide is one kind of revelation wave guide. Using the interference matrix technique and the analysis theory is to elicit that ARROW-type wave guide using interlamination combination to compare with the ordinary wave guide. Optical waveguide has control function to carry on filtering to the polarization and the wave length. ARROW takes for one kind of channel wave guide. It does not need accuracy control of the refractive index. Its cladding may be very thin,and easy to produce. It is one kind of wave guide that is fit for the light integrated circuit.
