高校图书馆为新农村建设服务的方法与途径

摘　　要：对高校图书馆服务新农村建设进行研究,提出了扶持农村基层图书馆,结成"一对一"共建单位;利用假期大学生的社会实践活动,发动高校学生积极参与新农村建设活动;对农村基层图书馆进行业务指导;构建服务网络,多途径推动农村经济建设;建立培训制度,大力培育和造就新型农民;促进乡村先进文化的发展,提高广大农民的科学文化素质;加强非物质文化遗产保护,发展农村特色文化;发挥纽带作用,积极推进科研成果转化为生产力;建立高校——农村图书馆互利合作的长效机制等服务新农村建设的方法与途径。This paper studies on the role of college library in providing services to the new rural construction and puts forward the following ways and means in that regard：supporting the construction of rural grassroots-level libraries and formulating the ＂one-to-one＂ help model;mobilizing university students to actively engage in new rural construction drive by using their holiday time or their social work opportunities;providing operational guidance to rural grassroots-level libraries;constructing a service network to advance the economic construction in rural areas in multiple channels;establishing training systems to cultivate and train new-type farmers equipped with knowledge and techniques;promoting the development of rural advanced culture to enhance the scientific and cultural quality of farmers;and strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritages to cultivate distinctive rural culture.
