摘　　要：随着城市建设的发展,室内变电站的10 kV外绝缘由于运行环境的影响,使外表面极易积累较严重的污秽,在外部环境变化时容易形成外表面闪络事故。通过1例典型的室内变电站10 kV外绝缘闪络事故分析,提出相应的反事故措施。As the development of urban construction, the extemal insulation surface of 10 kV indoor substation is vulnerable to heavy pollution accumulation due to operation condition, which can cause flashovers on external surface when external environ- ment changes. One typical external flashover of 10 kV indoor substation was analyzed in this article and relevant countermeasuros were put forward, offering reference for desig and operation personnel.
