生态环境保护视域下的河套文明复归与展望——河套建立草农结合的生态经济产业的战略构想

摘　　要：目前河套地区的生态环境在严重退化,土地大面积沙化,农业耗水甚多,水质下降。而在古代,河套地区有着很好的生态环境。本原的河套文明应是草原文明——生态文明的一个重要组成部分。目前的河套文明是一个未能实现草农结合,而是逐步被农耕化的过程。解决河套地区的生态环境问题必须复归本原的河套文明,同时应加入现代因素,建立新的农业系统,发展草地农业系统。Hetao area is in serious degradation of the ecological environment at present,namely land desertification is in a large area and agricultural water,in addition,water is abundantly cosumed quality is in deterioration.However in ancient times,Hetao area had a good ecological environment.The primitive civilization in Hetao area was the steppe civilization which was an important part of ecological civilization.Hetao civilization at present is a failure in achieving the combination of grassing and farming,but is the process of been farmed gradually.In order to solve this problem,the ecological environment in Hetao area must be reverted to the primitive civilization,and the modern factors should be joined in,then we will establish the new agricultural systems,develop the grassland and farming systems as well.
