摘　　要：目的筛选舒胸滴丸制剂处方及制备工艺,方法采用滴制法结合评分法对影响滴丸成型因素进行了考察,结果:基质为(PEG4000∶PEG6000=2∶1),药物与基质(1∶3),料温为75℃,滴距7cm,滴速为60d/min,冷凝剂为液体石蜡,冷凝方式为梯度冷凝:冷凝柱上部30cm控温为30℃,下部30cm控温为10℃,结论:工艺简单可靠,稳定性与重现性均良好,可作为中试研究的参考。OBJECTIVE Preparation and formulation optimization of shuxiong pills.METHODS Pills were prepared by techniques of making drop pill.Formation factor of pills were evalued by scoring.RESULTS Matrix：（PEG4000∶PEG6000=2∶1）,Drugs：matix（1∶30）.Mixture temperature was 75℃.Dropping distance was 7cm.Cont of drops was 60d/min.Coolant liquid was paraffin liquid.Condensing methods：gradient elution.30cm upper part of column at 30℃,30cm lower part of column at 10℃.CONCLUSION The method is simple,realizable,stabile and reproducible.Data were supplied for industrial experiment research.
