高效液相保留比值相似度分析法用于常见精神药物中毒筛选的研究

摘　　要：目的建立一种用于常见精神药物中毒筛选的HPLC保留比值相似度分析法。方法采用HPLC,取得基础数据,考察影响因素。血样经酸化或碱化后经一步液-液萃取,在3种色谱条件下分离,采集药物保留时间数据,计算保留比值以及与常见药物的欧式距离,并与常见药物的K值比较。结果该法可以将药物的分离行为直观体现在坐标中,能快速判断是何种药物。结论该法简单实用,基层普遍适用,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To establish a analysis method of toxicological screeing of commonlyused psychotropic drugs by similarity analysis of HPLC retention ratios.METHODS Collecting the basis of data by HPLC and studying factors influence.After dealing bloodsamples by acid or alkaline with the liquid-liquid extraction,collecting drug retentiontime after separating in three chromatography conditions,as well as calculatingretention ratios and the distance between the drug with other drugs and Comparing its Kvalue with the others.RESULTS The separation of commonly used psychotropic drugs can reflectin the visual coordinates by the method simultaneously,we can quickly determine what kind of drug.CONCLUSION This method is simple and practical,grass-roots level of generalapplication,it is worth promoting.
