摘 要:利用Thermax500加压热重分析仪(PTGA),研究了压力对木屑半焦富氧燃烧反应特性的影响。结果表明,压力从0 MPa升高到1.0 MPa,半焦燃烧反应向低温方向移动,反应速率加快,促进了燃烧反应的进行。压力由1.0 MPa继续升高,其对燃烧的促进作用减弱。当压力由1.3 MPa升高到1.6 MPa时,半焦燃烧反应反而向高温方向移动,同时反应速率减慢,过高的压力对燃烧反应起抑制作用。The characteristics of sawdust semi-cokes oxygen-enriched combustion reaction were studied using Thermax500 pressure thermal gravimetric analyzer. The results showed that with increasing pressure from 0 MPa to 1.0 MPa, the reaction was enhanced and moved to lower temperatures, and the reaction rate also increased. When the pressure continued to increase, the speeding of reaction weakened. Moreover, the reaction reversely moved to high temperatures and the reaction rate decreased with a further pressure increase from 1.3 MPa to 1.6 MPa, which indicated that the over high pressure restrained the reaction.
