摘　　要：通过对济钢第三炼钢厂采用KR铁水预脱硫处理、120 t BOF转炉副枪终点控制、LF造白渣泡沫渣埋弧操作、连铸全密封保护浇铸工艺技术生产DH36厚规格(50水平mm)高强度船板进行系统分析和研究,确定了各工序关键参数和操作控制要点。The production technology for DH36 high strength thick plate was analysed and studied systematically,which included KR pre -desulphurizing, 120 t BOF end point control by secondary gun and alloying, LF white slag treating and submerged arc operation, as well as argon shielding throughout continuous casting. Based on the mentioned above study, the key parameters and operations of work procedure were optimized.
