摘  要:对菏泽地区5年生中林杨-46的化学成分及纤维形态进行分析,并对其制浆性能进行研究,对比不同工艺条件及造纸助剂对中林杨-46制浆的影响。中林杨-46碱性亚硫酸盐法制浆最佳蒸煮工艺条件为:用碱量(Na2O计)23%,亚硫酸化比40%,绿氧用量0.5%,安蓝用量0.05%,液比1∶4.5,最高温度165℃,一次升温90min至140℃保温60min,二次升温40min至165℃保温50min。添加蒸煮助剂可以明显改善中林杨-46碱性亚硫酸盐浆性能,其中使用绿氧代替蒽醌,并添加安蓝作为蒸煮促进剂,效果最佳,其粗浆得率53.65%,卡伯值12.7,黏度1351 mL.g-1。The paper analyzed the chemical components, fiber morphology and pulping performance of Zhonglin Aspens No. 46 from Heze, Shandong. The effects of different conditions and cooking additives on the pulping of this aspen were compared. The optimized conditions for Zhonglin Aspens No. 46 alkaline sulphite pulping were: sodium hydroxide dosage(as Na20) 23% , sulfitity 40% , green oxygen dosage 0.5% , Almy dosage 0.05% , liquor ratio 1 : 4.5, maximum temperature 165℃. The time to 140℃was 90min and at 140℃ for 60min, then spent 40min rising the temperature to 165℃and kept 165℃ for 50minutes. The results show that the use of cooking additives is suitable for pulping of Zhonglin Aspens No. 46 with high yield, low Kappa and high viscosity. The optimal effects comes when using green oxygen instead of anthraquinone and with cooking accelerator Almy, the pulp yield is 53. - 65% , Kappa number is 12.7, viscosity is 1351 mL · g -1.
