摘　　要：我国将长期存在的就业压力以及当前严峻的就业形势,促使人们积极寻求扩大就业的有效途径。其中,着力发展有利于就业的经济,鼓励和支持中小企业的发展,宽容与促进非正规就业,推进与扶持人们自主创业,建立统一、规范的人力资源市场是从宏观层面促进就业的有效路径选择。A long existence of the employment pressure and the current severe employment situation in china prompt people to actively seek an effective way of promoting employment.It has proved that efforts to develop pro-employment economy,to encourage and support small and medium enterprises,to tolerate and promote non-formal employment,to help people to start their own businesses,to establish a unified,standardized human resources market are effective ways to promote employment.
