摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法测定水乳剂中胺菊酯和氯菊酯的含量，选用ＹＷＧＣ１８柱，以甲醇和水作流动相，在紫外２５４ｎｍ处检测，方法的标准偏差和变异系数分别为０．００４和２．０％，回收率在９７．９～１０１．２％之间，是一种快速、简便、实用的水乳剂测定方法。This paper was mainly concerned about the HPLC method to assay the tetramethrin and permethrin contents in emulsion. The compounds were separated and determined on a YWG C18 column 150×4.6mm(i.d.),using a mobile phase of methanol with a flow rate of 1ml/min,UV detector was performed at 254nm. The standard deviation、 variation coefficint and recovery were 0.004、2.0% and 97.9～101.2%respectively. The method was simple、rapid and practical.
