摘　　要：本文介绍了金川镍闪速炉2004年以来,不断对闪速炉系统进行改造和生产组织、炉况控制优化,产能稳步由年产高镍锍含镍量4.5万t/a提高到了目前的6万t/a以上。同时结合实际生产过程中暴露出的主要设备生产能力不足等问题进行了大量的改进和优化,为即将于2010年进行的闪速炉大修创造了条件。为下一步闪速炉实施冷修提出了完善改造建议。This article describes continuously transformation of flash furnace system and organization of production, furnace operation control optimization of Jinchuan nickel flash furnace since 2004, annual output capacity of high matte nickel increase steadily from nickel content 45 000t/a to the current 61 000t/a or more. Combined with insufficient capacity of major equipment exposed to the actual production process, a lot of exploration and research were carried out, in order to provide the basis for flash furnace overhaul in 2010, perfect reform proposals for the next flash furnace cold repair were put forwarded.
