硫酸转化双圆缺型列管式换热器的改造实践

摘　　要：针对硫酸转化工序烟气量增加,换热器压力降、SO_2风机正压、电耗增加的情况,对换热器折流板进行改造,将换热器管外换热通道两两合并,折流板烟气转弯处面积保持不变。改造后,换热器的管外压力降下降四分之三,传热系数K值降低10%左右。Focus on the problem in flue gas for sulfuric acid conversion process increased, heat exchanger pressure drop, SO2 fan pressure is proportional, power consumption increased, baffles of heat exchangers was reformed, the outside tube of heat exchanger channel was merged, area of gas corner in baffle remain unchanged. After transformation, the external pressure of heat exchanger tube drop down three-quarters, K value of heat transfer coefficient decreased about 10%.
