摘 要:目的了解葡萄糖注射液在减少20AA复方氨基酸输注过程中不良反应发生率的作用。方法接受20AA复方氨基酸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者40例(肝功A级),其中男28例,女12例;年龄21~65岁,平均年龄42.5±12.2岁。将40例患者随机分为单纯输注氨基酸组(n=20)及氨基酸和葡萄糖混合输注组(n=20),观察两组不良反应发生率。结果单纯输注氨基酸组发生各种不良反应8例,其中心悸3例,出汗3例,头痛1例,局部反应(包括输注静脉肿胀、压痛、条索感等)1例,不良反应发生率40%;氨基酸与葡萄糖混合输入组发生各种不良反应2例,其中心悸1例,头痛1例,不良反应发生率10%。两组不良反应发生率经卡方检验,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.800,P=0.028)。结论20AA复方氨基酸与葡萄糖的混合输注能有效减少单纯输注氨基酸所引起的不良反应发生率,这将使复方氨基酸的应用更加广泛。Objective To understand the role of glucose injection combining 20AA compound amino acid transfusion in reducing infusion reaction.Methods 40 patients with chronic hepatitis B accepting 20AA compound amino acid treatment were randomly divided into two groups,including 28 males and 12 females.One(the control group) was 20AA compound amino acid transfusion only and the other(the experimental group) was glucose injection combining 20AA compound amino acid transfusion.Results 8 cases were adverse reactions occurred in control group including cardiopalmus(n=3),diaphoresis(n=3),headache(n=1) and local reaction(n=1).2 cases were adverse reactions occurred in experimental group including cardiopalmus(n=1) and headache(n=1).There was significant difference in adverse reactions(χ^2=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion Glucose injection combining 20AA compound amino acid transfusion can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during 20AA compound amino acid transfusion.
