小儿功能性消化不良临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量红霉素治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法将138例功能性消化不良患儿随机分成治疗组70例和对照组68例,对照组给予胃蛋白酶、思密达等口服;治疗组在给上述药物的同时给予红霉素口服,剂量为10mg·kg-1·d-1,3次/d,两组疗程均为5天,对两组疗效进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为97.1%;对照组总有效率为73.5%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论小剂量红霉素治疗小儿功能性消化不良具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To study small amount of erythromycin in treatment child functional dyspepsia.Methods Impaired digestion 138 functions to get the son to be divided into cure with the machine 70 examples：set with 68 examples：matched control,the matched control gives stomach egg white mildewed,think the secret reaches etc.takes orally;The treatment set was giving the above medicine to give at the same time the erythromycin takes orally,measures to 10mg·kg^-1·d^-1,3 times/d,two groups distance all for 5 days,proceed the evaluation to two curative effects.Results The treatment set was total efficient for 97.1%;The matched control was total efficient for 73.5%,two curative effect difference contain covariance learn the meaning,P0.05.Conclusion The small amount of erythromycin in treatment child functional dyspepsia has the good treatment results.
