摘　　要：中央空调计费是实现建筑节能管理的重要手段。通过文献调研、现场调查和互联网问卷调查的方式,调查中央空调计费产业、计费技术应用以及相关政策等各个方面的现状,并对这些调查数据进行分析整理和讨论。研究国内中央空调计费推广应用的技术障碍和政策障碍,指出要借鉴国外的相关经验,依靠政府推动,结合公共建筑能耗审计和能效公示制度推广中央空调计费,并由此推动建筑管理节能的实现途径。The cost allocation of central air-conditioning system is the important means of implementing building energy-saving management.Implements the investigation on industry,market,technology and correlation policies for central air-conditioning cost allocation through literature,field and internet probe.Furthermore,analyzes and discusses the survey data for central air-conditioning.Researches the technology and policies obstacles for popularization of central air-conditioning cost allocation.Finally,indicates that the way of central air-conditioning cost allocation and building energy-saving management combined with the energy consumption audit and energy effect depends on government promotion according to the overseas advanced experiences.
