摘　　要：柑橘的优质育种和栽培指标,在很大程度上取决于消费者的文化习惯。因此,在当前柑橘产业化迅猛发展的时期,注重探讨我国柑橘产业化的历史和文化基础,充分考虑科技、文化和产业的关系,对柑橘的科研、生产和产业化的健康发展有积极的意义。Citrus is the main fruit tree crop in the world and therefore has a tremendous economical, social and cultural impact in our society. High quality for Citrus production would be mainly originated by cultural demands of the consumers. In this paper the relationship among techniques, history and culture will be discussed for a healthy development of citrus industry.
