新农村建设背景下的农村文化建设

摘　　要：文化建设是社会主义新农村建设中的一个重要组成部分。在长期的历史进程中,农村文化呈现出乡土性、归属性、直观性、季节性和多样性特征。文章通过分析农村文化的现状,提出新农村文化建设必须树立新农村文化与城市文化和谐共生理念,提高农民思想道德素质和科学文化素质,并从中国优秀传统文化中汲取营养,在农村开展形式多样的文化活动,加大非政府组织在农村文化建设中的作用。Cultural construction plays a key role in the building of a new socialist countryside Throughout the long process of the history, the culture of rural areas embody a variety of characteristics in vernacular, attribution, intuitiveness, seasonality and diversity. According to the analysis of the current state of culture in rural areas, this paper puts forward a proposal that the building of the new rural culture lies in the harmonious coexistence of rural cultures and urban cultures, the raise of people＇s ideological and moral standards as well as their cultural and scientific levels. In addition, the essence of the tremendous traditional cultures of china, the varied forms of cultural activities and the effects of the non-governmental function also contribute a lot to the building of the new rural construction.
