摘　　要：目的探讨采用RevoLix 2微米激光手术系统治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的疗效。方法对116例BPH患者进行了RevoLix 2微米激光汽化切除治疗。结果全部手术均成功,手术时间30-150（60.0±15.0）min,尿管留置2-7（3.0±1.0）d,所有患者均未输血。术后随访3个月,最大尿流率增加（P〈0.05）,残余尿量下降（P〈0.05）,国际前列腺症状评分及生活质量评分均有改善（P均〈0.05）。98例术前有性功能者,术后均保留性功能。无尿失禁发生。结论RevoLix 2微米激光手术系统治疗BPH有效、安全,术中、术后并发症少,其长远疗效还需进一步观察。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection for the treatment on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods A total of 116 aged patients with BPH were treated with the RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection.Results The RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection was successfully performed.The vaporesection time was（38.0±10.6） minutes（20～80 minutes）,catheter time was（3.0±1.0） days（2～7 days）.No patients required blood transfusion.During a follow-up of 3 months,the Qmax,PVR IPSS and QOL improved obviously,respectively（P0.05）.The 98 patients with preoperative sexual function still remained potent sexual function after operation.No urinary incontinence occurred.Conclusion RevoLix 2 micron continuous wave laser vaporesection of prostate is an excellent treatment modality for BPH,longer follow-up is needed to prove the durability of these promising results.
