摘 要:应用有限元法对某农用车车架进行了仿真分析。首先在UG软件中建立了车架实体模型,然后利用有限元软件建立了以板单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型,并对其进行了线性静态分析和模态分析,获得了车架在两种典型工况下的应力及位移分布以及前六阶固有频率和振型,验证了车架的刚强度,也为车架的改型设计提供了理论依据。Simulation analysis for some type farm tricycle frame was performed using FEA method.CAD model was built with UG software.FEM model was established by taking shell as a basic unit with some FEA software,and analysis of linear static and normal modes were carried out.The deformation and stress distribution of two typical conditions were obtained,moreover,natural frequency and vibration model of calculated six models were obtained.The calculation result verified stiffness and strength of the frame,and provided the theory basement for further improvement.
