摘　　要：分析了马头选煤厂采用不脱泥无压三产品重介选煤工艺技术改造原选煤工艺,煤泥水系统由浓缩浮选改为重介直接浮选的工艺特点,认为实际应用的技术经济效果较好。A detailed account is given in this paper about the application of non-desliming and non-pressurized heavy medium separation technology in Matou Coal Prep.This technology is designed for yieling three products such as clean coal,middlings and rejects and it is used to upgrade the original preparation technology in this coal prep.In this paper,focus is stressed on the practice of modifying the slime water system from its original process of thickening flotation into direct heavy medium flotation process.According to this paper,pairly good techno-economic results are obtained out of practical application of said technology.
