祛湿化瘀通络方治疗高尿酸血症合并高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察祛湿化瘀通络方对高尿酸血症合并高脂血症者的安全性和有效性并进行初步评价。[方法]将所观察的病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予单纯生活方式干预,治疗组给予在生活方式干预基础上加祛湿化瘀通络方。两组在年龄、病程、身高、体重、尿酸基线水平等方面具有可比性。[结果]所有患者治疗前血尿酸、甘油三酯、胆固醇之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗42天后,治疗组血尿酸、甘油三酯、胆固醇之间比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。[提示]祛湿化瘀通络方具有减少内生尿酸的生成和吸收,降低血尿酸的作用,改善脂代谢紊乱。[ Objective]To observe the clinical effects of ＂ Qushi huayu tongluo preseciption＂ in treatment hyperuricaemia merge hyperlipaemia. [ Methods ] Fifth -five subjects were randomized in to two troups：treat- ment group in which 30 cases were given falls life - style plus this prescription and control group in which 27 cases were simple given fails life - style, The course of treatment is forty - two days. The clinical Effect, blood uric acid, cholesterol and triglycerides were observed. [ Results] The total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 52.9% in control group P 〈0.05 ;blood uric acid,cholesterol and triglycerides was improved better in treatment group as in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] This prescription is effective to relieve hype- ruricemia ,relieve uricacid injury, cholesterol and triglycerides.
